熱中ドリンク

こんにちは　コロです。
ここ数日は特に蒸し暑くなりましたね
昨日は　熱中症対策にと　普段のまないスポーツドリンクと
夏向けに塩のはいった清涼飲料水を飲みました。
　正直　糖分取り過ぎかしらと感じましたね。
麦茶もいいらしいので　いろいろあわせながら楽しんで
水分補給するといいかもしれません。
