ナイトガード

千葉県習志野市まさき歯科のコロです。
 
噛みしめ、歯ぎしりで歯がすり減っていると言われ
ナイトガードをつくったのがたしか５年くらい前の事でした。
正直　睡眠中にうっとうしくて　始めはあまり使用して
いませんでした。
が、後に痛みが出始め
さすがに毎日使用するようになったのでありますが、
先日　ナイトガードが割れてしまいました。
よく見るとかなりのすり減り具合で　睡眠中どれだけの
力を歯にかけているのかと思うと　恐ろしい限りです。
